In the annealed state, the plasticity is high, and it can be used for deep rolling, stamping, bending and crimping and other cold pressing forming; it has good welding and machinability, and can be polished. It is mainly used to manufacture parts that require medium strength and high toughness under the action of corrosive medium and impact load. Chemical composition of 410 stainless steel: Carbon (C): ≤ 0.15 Silicon (Si): ≤ 1.00 Manganese (Mn): ≤ 1.00 Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.035 Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.030 Nickel (Ni): 0410 1Cr13 not including Nickel, commonly known as stainless iron, has a low price, and its anti-corrosion ability and toughness are not as good as 304, but it has the best performance as a tool.
